Troy Burklow age 62, of Fennville, died Friday, Aug. 14, 2009 at Holland Community Hospital. Born Nov. 12, 1946 in Harrisburg, Arkansas, he was the son of Charles and Nolar (Nash) Burklow. Troy was self employed in the yard care business, and a member of A.A. for over 25 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Matthew Burklow and Brothers Coy and Lehman Burklow. Surviving are his children; Cindy Anderson, Scott Burklow, and Rick Burklow all of Holland, MI. two grandchildren Michael Anderson and Anthony Anderson Jr., sister Catherine Wilt of Douglas, MI, brother Jerry Wilson of Holland, and devoted companion Pauline Clark of Fennville. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 18, 2009 from 5-8 pm with funeral services 2:00 p.m Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009 all at the Chappell Funeral Home Fennville. A luncheon will be held at the Kalico Kitchen in Douglas immediately after the graveside services in Taylor Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Troys memory to any A.A. organization.
