Thomas James Nolan, age 62, of Pullman, Michigan, died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010 in Irons, MI. Born May 1, 1947, in Chicago, IL, he was the son of Thomas Joseph and Priscilla (Strandberg) Nolan. Tom was a US Navy veteran, serving in Vietnam, and the current commander at V.F.W. Post #6134 in Pullman. He was a retired Journeyman Millwright, former locksmith, well driller, and the owner of Nolan's Party Store for the past seven years. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Mike Nolan. Surviving is his wife Pat Nolan, children; Tom and Sarah Nolan of Fennville, Chris and Stacy Nolan of Fennville, Christine and Marvin Bornschlegl of Niles, Illinois, and Anna Cummins of Pullman. Ten grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, brothers; Patrick and Linda Nolan of Wilmington, IL, Larry and Pam Nolan of Paletine, IL, sisters; Rita Blankenship of Wilmington, IL, and Theresa and Cliff Pitts of Fennville. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 19, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8, with funeral services 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2010 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI.
