Susan Marie Close, age 63, of Fennville, MI passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. peacefully at home. Susan was born on March 1, 1957 in Douglas, MI. She worked for 17 years at Birdseye Food in Fennville, MI. She enjoyed being a homemaker, taking care of her family and hosting holidays. Susan is survived by her husband of 43 years, Bernard Close; brother, Bill Lacy; son, Michael (Alayna) Close; daughter, Jodi Byrne; granddaughter, Kayla Bright. She was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Vonda Lacy, and two siblings, Sandra Lacy and Charles Lacy. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
