Steven F. Turner, age 63, of Glenn, Michigan passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday, May 3, 2015. Born August 28, 1951, he was the son of Frederick and ElaineTurner. Steve was a bartender at Clearbrook Golf Club and Restaurant for the past 12 years, and also helped his wife with deliveries at V.S. Flowers. He was an avid golfer, and fan of the Cubs, Blackhawks, and the Bears. Surviving is his wife Michelle, daughter Katie and Dennis O'Neal of Redondo Beach, CA, daughter Kristie Adams of Manhattan Beach, CA, step-daughter Corinne VanStedum, grandchildren Hayden Woodward and Logan O'Neal, father-in-law Gary and Lula Smith of Grass Lake, MI, mother-in-law Cheryl Hennessey of Ada, MI and brother-in-law Shane Smith of Ada. At his request cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at All Saints Episcopal Church in Saugatuck, MI, with Fr. G. Corwin Stoppel officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. till service time. Friends and family that are planning to attend his service are encouraged to wear Cubs attire.
