Shirley Marie (O’Neal) Zawila, 77, of Enid, OK and formerly of Fennville, MI, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Holland Hospital. Born November 16, 1948 in Auburndale, FL, she was the daughter of the late Bing and Dorothy O’Neal Crosby and was the wife of Richard J. Zawila. Shirley had a great love for her German shepherds and cared greatly for all animals. She loved flowers and had a greater love for Notre Dame football. Shirley was very loved by both her family and her extended family and was blessed to be able to see them before she departed us. We have been blessed to have had her in our lives.

In addition to her husband, Shirley is survived by her siblings-in-law, William (Susan) Zawila and Dolores Naydol; her nieces and nephews, Matthew (Jessica) Zawila, William (Amanda) Zawila, Kelly (Marianna) Zawila and Christopher Zawila, and their families. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby and Roger O’Neal.

A graveside funeral service will take place at 11:00 on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Taylor Cemetery, Ganges Township.
