Ruby Pearl Wolters, age 99, passed peacefully on October 27, 2016 at her home in Ganges, Michigan. Born December 11, 1916, she was the daughter of Minnie (Sayles)and George Sheffer of Goshen, Indiana. Ruby came to this area as a young adolescent with her adoptive parents, Preston and Maude Hogancamp. She was preceded in death by her husband George Wolters, grandson Brooke Langston and son-in-law Theodore Nielsen. Surviving are her daughters, Carole Wolters, Anita Nielsen, Sarolyn "Sally" (David) Nye; 2 granddaughters, Niki (David) Worthams, and Nancee (Michael) Hutchinson, and 1 great granddaughter, Cristiana Worthams.
