Ruby B. Wallace, age 86, of Fennville, and formerly of Pullman, died Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Holland Community Hospital. Born Sept. 25, 1924 in Gleason, TN, she was the daughter of Herman and Pauline (Barnett) Weldon. Ruby has lived in the Pullman and Fennville area for the past 47 years, coming from Chicago, Illinois. She was a member of the Casco United Methodist Church, Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W., the Rebekah Lodge, and the Daughters of the American Revoulution, in Holland. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald J. Wallace in April of 1997, and one brother, and two sisters. She is survived by her son Michael and Helen Wallace of South Haven, and her granddaughters Kristina Wallace and Tracey and Cordis Decker. Visitation will be Monday, April 11, 2011 from 5-8 p.m., and funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI.
