Royce George Demaray Sr. age 84, of Fennville died Friday, October 3, 2014 in Paw Paw, Michigan and went to be with his Lord and Savior. He was born on April 2, 1930 in Nashville, Michigan. He was the son of Benajmin F. and Isador (Castaline) Demaray. Royce lived in the Bravo area for most of his life. He retired from Holland Hitch after 22 years of service and then began work at Family Fare in Holland for 3 years. Royce was very active and a longtime member of Bravo Community Church where he served as an Elder and Deacon. Surviving is his loving wife of 65 years Cliffadena "Dena" of Fennville, children, Royce and Gayle Demaray, Jr. of Fennville, George H. Demaray of Pullman, Bonnie and Randy Hare of Allegan, brother Benjamin "Frank" and Shirlene Demaray, Jr. of Potterville, MI, sister Vivian Speck of Lansing, MI; 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Virginia McConnell. Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 6, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. at Bravo Community Church with Rev. Mark Douglas officiating. Burial will be at Pearl Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2014 from 3-5 p.m. at the Chappell Funeral Home.
