Royal L. Streicher, Sr., died Monday, October 8, 2007, at Bronson Methodist Hospital, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He born on January 7, 1937 to Robert Streicher, Sr., and Grace Knoll (Streicher) in Holland, Michigan. He married Wanda Lou Harbison on June 27, 1958. He was employed as a truck driver. Surviving are his wife, Wanda L. Streicher of Allegan, Michigan; 2 sons, Royal Jr. and Tammy Striecher of Fennville, Michigan; Douglas Streicher of Urbana, Missouri; 2 daughters, Loretta and Ray Kleeves of Hamilton, Michigan; Angela and Tim Zuverink of Seneca, South Carolina; l2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Dale and Marcia Streicher of Crown Point, Indiana; William Streicher of Fennville, Michigan; and Robert Streicher of Saugatuck, Michigan; and 1 sister, Verna Barnes of Fennville, Michigan. Services are scheduled for Friday, October 12, 2007 with a visitation from l p.m. to 4 p.m. and a service beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., with the Rev. Ralph Houston officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
