Roy E. Collins, 71,formerly of Fennville, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007, at his home in Sikeston, Missouri. He was born July 29, 1936, in Carney, Oklahoma, son of the late Edgar Alvin and Goldie Elnora (Sadler) Collins. He was a member of Blodgett Baptist Church. He had worked as a welder for Holland Hitch in Holland, MI before retiring. He was married to Della Collins; she preceded him in death Jan. 2, 1994. On June 29, 1996, he married Ruth Armstrong Eddington; she survives in Sikeston, Missouri. Other survivors include one son, Gary Collins of Dayton, Ohio; two daughters , Debra Baker of Fennville, MI, and Teresa Pezzuto of Marquette, MI; one stepson, Jerry Eddington of Newport, Arkansas; one stepdaughter. Mary Jane Barr of Bentonville, Arkansas; two brothers, Joe Collins of Fennville, MI, and Kenneth Collins of Holland, MI; two sisters, Melba Colbert of Sikeston, Missouri, and Dickie Lynxwiler of Bloomfield, Missouri; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, Oct 12, 2007, from 6 to 8 p.m. and funeral service Saturday, Oct. 13, at 1:00 p.m. to be held at Chappell Funeral Home in Fennville, Michigan. Rev. Franklin J.
