Robert "Bucky" Dale Allen, age 64, of Holland, Michigan passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the Meijer Heart Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Born January 19, 1952 in Dexter, Missouri, he was the son of William and Alice (Worthington) Allen. Robert was a self-employed painter, and married his wife Bonnie (Sprouse) Allen on December 14, 1974. He was a member of the Holland Moose Lodge, the Pioneer Club of Holland, and enjoyed gardening, yard sales, stripping cooper wire, and hunting and fishing in his younger years. Surviving is his wife Bonnie Allen of Holland, son Robert G. Allen and Kari Arroyo of Holland, daughters; April and Josh Freeman of Holland, Cathy and Dan Bailey of Jonesboro, Arkansas, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, sisters; Eva and Joe Posada of Allegan, Nella Mae Griffen of Searcy, Arkansas, Wilma Snyder of Illinois, Barbara Loveless of Fennville, and Karen and Danny Sprouse of Fennville, MI. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, with funeral services 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, Michigan.
