Rick, the son of Leo Lincoln Magnant and Martha Louise Gauthier Magnant, is survived by his Wife, Helen Gene Hong Wing Magnant, Father of Bruce Christian Magnant, Renee Lee Saylor (preceded in death) Lynne Louise Spalding, Paula Gene Hong Thomas, James Richard Hong Magnant, Gary Lee Hong Magnant, Dale Lawrence Hong Magnant, Grandfather of 15 a?" Jeremy, Lacy, Ben Jr, Lisa Ashlee, Scott II, Dirk, James, Dezaree, Michael, Katelyn, Jacob, Heather, Stephen, Jason and Great-Grandfather of 6 a?" Nicholas, Cassidy, Sofia, Dane, Sophia, Destiny, Brother to Robert Magnant, Cheryl McAdams, Sandra Welch (preceded in death), and Arthur Gauthier (preceded in death), and also friend of the Friday Night Skip-Bo Fanatics (Pam, Sheldon, Karel, Harold, Gloria, Georgia, Tom, Chuck). Rick was an avid card player of all types, jack of all trades and loved to work in his workshop. By Rick's wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held in Chicago at a later date with is final resting at Evergreen Cemetery. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
