Richard G. Harrington, age 80 of Fennville, MI passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Grace of Douglas in Douglas, MI. Born April 22, 1937 in South Haven, MI, he was the son of George and Merle (Walkley) Harrington. Dick retired after many years of service from Howard Miller Clocks where he worked as a cabinet maker. He enjoyed music, singing, and being outdoors- especially hunting and golfing. Dick is preceded in death by his parents; step-children, Margie Blackwell and Cliff Raas; and sister, Jeanine Zeller. Surviving is his wife, Donna Harrington; children, Kim and Denise Harrington, Kevin and Lori Harrington, and Kristen and John Little; step-son, Ronny Raas; 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; sister, Nancy Grentzenberg, and brother David Harrington. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 4-7 PM at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville, MI 49408, with funeral services being held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the funeral home. Ms. Marcia Tucker will officiate.
