Rebecca M. Gallagher, age 56, of Zeeland, MI passed away Monday, August 22, 2016 at Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Born December 4, 1959 in Anchorage, Alaska, she was the daughter of Thomas and Hazel (Barton) Auvenshine. Rebecca attended the Open Door Worship Center in Fennville, MI. Surviving are her children; William and Claudia Schulz of Chicago, IL, Christin Schulz of Grand Haven, MI, Crystal Schulz of Holland, MI, Beth Blomquist of Manton, MI; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Eddie Shoyrer of Chicago, IL, and Tim Auvenshine of Tuson, AZ; and sister Debbie Borus of Chicago, IL. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville, MI 49408, with a funeral service being held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM. Pastor Dale Scholten from Open Door Worship Center will officiate.
