Raymond S. Amundson, 81 of Fennville, died Saturday, May 8, 2004, at Manor Care Nursing Home in Oaklawn, Illinois. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Community Church Douglas. He served in the U.S. Army. Surviving are his wife, Elaine Amundson of Fennville; children, Glen and Sue Amundson, and Gary Amundson all of Orland Park, IL., Claudia Amundson of Tinley Park, Il.; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren; brother Doug Amundson and sister Dixie. Services are 1 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2004 at Community Church Douglas, Michigan with the Rev. Dennis J. DeWitt officiating. Visitation will follow the service at the church. Memorials may be made to the Community Church.
