Phill Carr, 67, of Fennville, MI passed away Friday, May 15, 2020 at Holland Hospital. Born February 17, 1953 in Heber Springs, AR, he was the son of the late Ople Owen Carr and Opal Mae (Gallaway) Carr. Phill was the former owner of C & E Diecast and had retired from Micromatic/Excel in Holland. He was well known in the industry for his excellent work. Phill is survived by his longtime companion, Brenda Ryzenga; children, Katina (Brian) Savage, Phill "Bubby" (Miranda) Carr and Fawn (Cam) Short; siblings, Lavetta Pike, Eva Dean Bittle, Cloeta Berry, Elfreeda Tilley, Gereta Gibbs, Harold Carr, Carlon Carr, Shirley Woolf, Karon Taylor, Judy Prestwood and Debra McCaghren; and three grandchildren, Alexis Savage, Tatum Short and Frederick Short. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
