Peter Paul Harvis, 94 of Fennville, died Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2005, at his home. Born in Chicago, he resided in the Fennville area most of his life. He was a machinist and tool and die maker for Oliver Machinery in Grand Rapids, retiring in 1977. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris, in 1998. Surviving are his children, Paul Harvish of Daytona Beach, Fla., Nancy McMahon of Houston, Texas, and Donita Stanphill of Allegan; four grandchildren;and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service for Pete and Doris Harvish is 2 p.m. Monday at the Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., with Marcia Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Fennville Cemetery. Visiting is one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Fennville District Library.
