Peter L. Conlin Sr. age 80, of Pullman, Michigan, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at his home. Born November 18, 1931 in Berkeley, Illinois, he was the son of Lawrence and Margaret Conlin. A veteran of the US Army, Pete worked as a carpenter in the Chicago land area, and was a member of the carpenters union. Pete moved to the Pullman area at age 50 and is survived by his children; Sherry and John Anderson of Carol Stream, IL, Dawn and Bruce Halverson of Sheridan. IL, Kim Vogel of Elmhurst, IL, Pete Jr. and Bernice Conlin of Berkeley, IL, James and Lisa Conlin of Hanover Park, IL, Lawrence Conlin of Villa Park, IL and seven grandchildren and his sister and brother-in-law Nira and Lou Fuller of Maumelle, Arkansas. A memorial visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2012, at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI.
