Patrick P. Knapp, age 66 of Pullman, Michigan passed away Sunday, December 25, 2016 at his home. Born December 9, 1950 in South Haven, Michigan he was the son of Paul and Lillian (Scott) Knapp. Pat owned and operated Pat's Excavating in Pullman starting in 1973. He was a member of the Dutcher Lodge #193 F.& A.M. of Fennville, the V.F.W., the AMVETS, and the American Legion. Pat enjoyed spending time at the pond with his grandchildren and his dogs, also camping and playing pool. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Brenda Knapp. Surviving is his wife Patricia, sons; Patrick II and Lora Knapp, Paul and Jennifer Knapp, daughter Alicia Hutchins, grandchildren; Patrick Knapp III, Tyler Knapp, Addison Knapp, and one sister Peggy Shamblin. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. and funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, Michigan, with Pastor Charles Hoots officiating. Burial will be in the Lee Cemetery Pullman, Michigan.
