Nyoka Martinez, age 70, of Fennville passed away, Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Spectrum Butterworth in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Born October 11, 1943 in Mascotte, Florida, she was the daughter of Leo and Dorothy (Hurst) Beach. Nyoka worked in local nursing facilities as a CNA, and is a member of The Church of God Pullman, Michigan. Surviving is her husband Daniel Martinez of Fennville, children; Nioma and Albert Meshkin of Holland, Joseph Timothy Logsdon of Orlando, Florida, Ricky Logsdon and Randy Logsdon both of Fennville, Michigan, step children; Karen and James Groadnof of Muskegon, Michigan, Frankie Martinez of Hamilton, Michigan,Daniel Jr. and Missey Martinez of Holland, Michigan 10 grandchildren 10 great-grandchildren, and one brother Rex Leo and Pam Beach of Fennville, Michigan. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the Ray of Light Church of God in Pullman, Michigan, with Rev. Mary Hoots officiating.
