Nancy G. Nowak, age 61, of Fennville, died Monday, August 2, 2010 at the Holland Community Hospital. Born May 21, 1949 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, she was the daughter of Frederick and Jennie (DeRoos) Hendrickson. Nancy was a school teacher at Fennville High School for 30 years, till her retirement. She married Stanley J. Nowak in June of 1984, and was a active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fennville V.F.W. Post #7911. Surviving is her husband Stan, step son, Christopher and Lynn Nowak of Holland, step daughter, Michelle and Rey Gracia of Fennville, grandchildren; Morgan, Amanda, Andrew, and Claire, brother, Rick Hendrickson of Grand Rapids, MI. A celebration of Nancy's life will be 4:00 p.m Sunday, August 8, 2010 at the Fennville V.F.W. Post # 7911. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Allegan County Humane Society.
