Monte Gene Lamb, age 84, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Allegan County Medical Care Community with his family by his side. Monte loved to spend time riding and working on his Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time at the VFW. He is the child of the late Carl and Rose Lamb. Monte is also preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Lamb and sister, Nadine Fuentues. He is survived by his four boys, Bryon (Susan) Lamb, Kevin (Sally) Lamb, Michael (Laura) Lamb, and Lorne Lamb; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service for Monte will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI, at 12 PM, with a visitation one hour prior from 11 AM - 12 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Allegan County Medical Care Community, 3265 122nd Ave. Allegan, MI 49010. Chappell Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
