Obituary

Minnie M. Krammin 105, of Fennville, died Friday, June 10, 2005 at the Allegan County Medical Care Facility. Born in Manistique, she was a school teacher in many of the one room-schools in the Fennville area, retiring in 1965. She was also employed during the summer at the Michigan Fruit Canners in Fennville. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel, the Sunshine Club, the American Legion Auxiliary, The Ladies Alter and Rosary Society of St. Peter's. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 1975 and sons Gerard, John, and James. She is survived by daughters Mary Ann Krammin and Charles McEachin of Troy, MI and Joan Krammin of Fennville; sons Conrad and Agnes Krammin, Charles and Verle Krammin all of Hastings, and Paul Krammin of Albuquerque, NM; 13 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Josephine Schnuer of Manistique and Grace Gonyea of Morrison, Colo;, brothers Frank Weber and Matthew and Francis Weber, all of Manistique; sister-in-law Myrtle Kammin of Demotte, Ind. Services are 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Douglas with the Rev. Ronald Turcich officiating. Burial wi be in Fennville Cemetery. visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville. Prayer service will be at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Allegan County Medical Care Facility or St. Peter's Catholic Church.
