Mildred M. Keirnan age 87 of Holland died December 5, 2014 at Resthaven Care Center. She was born in Fennville on April 11, 1927. She loved to do volunteer work especially at Douglas Community Church. She and her husband Max to whom she was married for over 60 years traveled extensively through the United States. She also organized many square dances, Max was the caller and she was the teacher. Mildred was a fantastic gardener and a wonderful hostess. She was preceded in death by her husband Max and her son Richard. Surviving is a son Martin Keirnan and his friend Catherine Brown; daughter-in-law Melissa Keirnan; grandchildren Ahren, Evan, Shannon and Jason Keirnan; cousin Mary Olsen; 3 half siblings. The family will meet with friends on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St., Fennville.
