Michael D. Perkins, age 61, of Fennville, Michigan, passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, November 15, 2014. Born June 18, 1953 in Douglas, Michigan, he was the son of Elwin and Mae (Stehle) Perkins. Michael was a machine builder, and carpenter. He was a member of the Sons of AMVETS, and the V.F.W. Bike Riders, he loved riding his motorcycle, working with wood, hunting, all outdoor activities, and spending time with his family. Surviving is his wife of 36 years, Lois (Tuggle) Perkins, son Jeremy Perkins, father Elwin Perkins, Brothers; Lester and Pam Perkins, Timothy Perkins, and Brad Perkins, all of Fennville, also many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, Michigan, on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.
