Michael Paul Klosner, age 64, of Fennville passed away peacefully, at his home on Sunday, January 26, 2014, with his family by his side. Born October 26, 1949 in Duluth, Minnesota, he was the son of Paul and Theresa (Mancuso) Klosner. Mike was a teacher, teaching for 34 years, spending 25 years teaching at the Fennville Public Schools, retiring in 2007, but still working one day a week for the I.S.D. Mike was a member of the Catholic Church, and the Michigan Blueberry Growers Association, he enjoyed photography and taking pictures at many school functions, and other activities. He was preceded in death by his father Paul Klosner, and one sister Pamela Borrusch. Surviving is his wife Esmeralda (Vasquez) Klosner, daughter Alli Klosner, mother Theresa Klosner, all of Fennville, brother Bruce and Mary Ann Klosner of Northville, MI, two nieces and two nephews. At his request cremation has taken place, and a memorial mass will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 30, 2014 at St. Peter's Catholic Church Douglas, Michigan, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. till service time, at the church. Officiating will be Fr. Fabio Garzon, and burial of his cremains will be in the Taylor Cemetery.
