Melanie L. Streicher, age 30, of Fennville, Michigan passed away unexpectedly in Holland, MI on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Born September 22, 1985 in Holland, she was the daughter of Royal and Tammy (VanderYacht) Streicher. A lifelong area resident, Melanie graduated from Fennville High School in 2003 and worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant. She loved animals, going to the beach and taking hikes. Melanie is survived by her parents; children Cameron and Aleeya Streicher; maternal grandfather Dale VanderYacht of Zeeland, MI, paternal grandmother Wanda Streicher of Douglas, MI; brother Ben and Heather Streicher of Barryton, MI, sister Jen and Mike Peach of Fennville, and nieces Mackenzie and Avery Streicher. A memorial service will be held at the Fennville United Methodist Church, 5849 124th Ave., Fennville, MI 49408, on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:00 am. Rev. Gary Peterson will officiate.
