On February 5, 2020 our dear Mother, Marion Van Til, was relieved from her suffering at the age of 91. As a young woman, she left the family farm, attended Davenport College and worked at Dohler Jarvis in Grand Rapids where she met and married our father Alfred Van Til. Together they later built Van Til's Greenhouse and a successful business was born. That legacy continues and is owned and operated by their son Jim and his wife Tami. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Shurley Margot; sister, Alice Lee; and husband, Alfred Van Til. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Harrington (Robert) and Connie Barr; and son, James Van Til (Tami); grandchildren, Martin Cannady (Vanessa), Michael Cannady (Carmen Esquivel), Andrew Barr, Sarah Van Til, Christopher Van Til (Christina), Kelly Ferro (Matt) and Nicholas Van Til; and 12 great-grandchildren. Our thanks to the staff of Grace of Douglas and Hospice for their care and kindness throughout this difficult time. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and no public services will be held.
