Marion E. Tomayer, 86, of Fennville, died Monday, June 18, 2007, at Lakeside Vista and Villas In Holland. She was born to Peter and Mary (Schultz) Epstein in LaGrange, Ill., and was a graduate of Nazareth Academy. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. She and her husband founded Wavecrest Nursery in 1900. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 2004. Surviving are her children, Mary Jo and Scott Dixon Poway, Calif., Carol and Bruce Hop of Fennville, and Lore and James Sampson of Mount Hood, Ore.; and four grandsons. A memorial mass is 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2007 at St. Peters's Catholic Church in Douglas. The Rev. John Flynn will officiate.
