Marion L. Scott, 87, of South Haven, Michigan, died Saturday, December 1, 2007. She was born in Casco Township, Allegan County, Michigan to John Beaty and Hazel (Repp) Beaty. She lived in the Casco area all of her life. She worked for Michigan Fruit Canners from 1938 till 198l. Her husband William Scott preceded her in death on December 5, 1971. Surviving are her children, Russell and Judy Scott of South Haven, Michigan; two grandchildren, Todd and Kristi Kouns, three great-grandchildren, Chelsea, Alissa, and Jacob; and one sister-in-law, Dorothy Scott. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, December 6, 2007 at l:00 P.M. at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main Street, Fennville, Michigan, with Pastor Theron Crawford officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 5, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Stephenson Cemetery, Casco Township, Allegan County, Michigan.
