Margaret H. Picolet, age 86, of Fennville, died Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Lakeside Vista, in Holland, MI. Born December 15, 1925 in Eveleth, Minnesota, she was the daughter of Frank and Pauline (Debeljak) Perushek. She was a homemaker living in the Fennville area for the past eleven years, originally coming from Minnesota, she attended the Fennville United Methodist Church, and enjoyed the luncheons and social activities of the church. Her husband Kenneth died, December 23, 2011, only a few hours after learning of her death. They are survived by their children, Ronald Joki of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, Keith and Lisa Picolet of Hamilton, Michigan and Kimberly Tucker of Zeeland, MI, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and Kenneth has one surviving brother Bernard Picolet. At their request cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at the Fennville United Methodist Church, with Rev. Gary Peterson officiating, visitation will be one hour prior to services. Memorial donations may be made to the Fennville United Methodist Church.
