Lynn Allen Overhiser, 68, of Fennville, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007, in South Haven Community Hospital. Born in Allegan, he was a retired truck driver and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Casco United Methodist Church and a life member of VFW Post No 7911 in Fennville. Surviving are his wife, Sharon; children, Jon and Kris Overhiser of Holland, Neil Overhiser of Fennville, and Cheri and Doug Carson of Tempe, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday Aug. 22, 2007 at the Casco United Methodist Church with the Rev. David W. Meister officiating. Burial of cremains will be in McDowell Cemetery in Casco Township.
