Lois Louise Ledford, age 86, of Douglas, Michigan passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Butterworth Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Born February 26, 1928 in Monette, Arkansas, she was the daughter of John and Estella (Hart) Hill. Lois was a faithful member of the Fennville Assembly of God Church, and loved spending time with her family and attending church functions. She was preceded in death by her husband Joel Ledford on April 5, 1994. Lois is survived by her children; Joel and Karen Ledford of Holland, Michigan, Stella North of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Alicia and Eddie Clark of Zeeland, Michigan, Jeannie and Butch Gibson of South Haven, Michigan, Terry and David Neuman of Grant, Michigan, 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, sister Leona Yates of Paragould, Arkansas, and her brother Jack Hill of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at the Chappell Funeral Home in Fennville, funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at the Fennville Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Dennis Meyers and Rev. Glenn Jeffrey officiating. Burial will be in the Fennville Cemetery.
