John O. Glassel more commonly known as Cowboy Joe, age 77, of Allegan, Michigan passed away at Wings Home on Saturday September 12, 2015. Born March 16, 1938 in Jackson, Michigan he was the son of Ottmar and Leota (Woods) Glassel. He retired from Holland Wire where he worked for many years. Cowboy Joe's real passion was working as the manager of Triple R Ranch for 19 years. Surviving is his sons Michael and Shawn Glassel, and daughter Kelly Glassel.
