Janet Louise Groenewoud, age 67 of Fennville, Michigan passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014 at her home. Born October 8, 1946 in Grand Haven, Michigan she was the daughter of Brice and Viola (Swanson) Kirkpatrick. Janet retired from Prince Corporation in 1997 and lived in the Fennville area for the past 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and all of her family. She is survived by a daughter, Emma and Michael Carroll of Pullman, Michigan, son, William and Kellie Groenewoud of Fennville, Michigan; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and one sister, Shirley and Robert Kriger of Nunica, MI. A memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 24, 2014 at the Saugatuck Christian Reformed Church, with Pastor Franklin J. Senters, officiating.
