Jack Irwin Middlecamp, 75, of Ocala, Florida passed away suddenly at Holland Hospital on Monday August 3, 2015. Born September 23, 1939 in Zeeland, Michigan, he was the son of Claude and Elsie (Schutter) Middlecamp. Jack worked as a truck driver and was able to travel the United States because of his work. He was a member of Oak crest Baptist Church in Ocala. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Jean Middlecamp, and step-son Rick Collins. He is survived by his children Rick and Sue Middlecamp of Hamilton, MI, Tammi and Cal Hobbs of Fennville, MI, Vicki Corneanu of Holland, MI, Steve and Tammy Collins of Holland, MI, Doug and Geniece Collins of Ocala, FL, Debbie and Ron Barlett of Ocala, FL, 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
