Obituary

Beezie was born to Ned and Katherine Bale on June 6, 1931. He was the oldest of 5 children and was a lifelong resident of Fennville and graduated from Fennville High School. He married Vera Bruce on June 10, 1951. He served in the army from 1951-1952 and was stationed in Germany. He was co-owner of Bale's Pontiac with his father from the late 50's till 1975. Afterwards he worked for the US Postal Service. He was a rural carrier and later became a Union Stewart until his retirement. Surviving are his wife, Vera children, Scott (Laura) Bale, Kurt (Lori) Bale, all of Fennville, Michigan, Bart (Lorrie) Bale of West Olive, Doug Bale and Debbie Laraway, Pullman, and Kristi (Mike) Corradini, Alamo, Michigan, 26 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, Jack (Sandra)Bale, Iron Mountain, Ned Bale, Jr., White Pigeon, Phillip (Helen) Bale, Fennville, and sister, Sharon Bale, Tucson, Arizona. Beezie and Vera enjoyed traveling and spent their winters in Florida with friends and family. Beezie was an avid Tigers fan and never missed a game. Upon his request cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will take place at the Fennville VFW, 2373 53rd St., on Friday, September 7, 2012 from 4 till 6 p.m. with Ms. Marcia Tucker saying a few words at 5 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Fennville VFW Post #7911, 2375 53rd St., Fennville, Michigan or Hospice of Holland, 270 Hoover Blvd., Holland, Michigan 47423.
