Helen Christine Lorenz "Chris", age 72 of Fennville, MI passed away December 23, 2016 at Grace of Douglas. Chris was born in Quincy IL on September 30, 1944. She attended college in Chicago where she met her husband Charles J. Lorenz "Chuck". They moved to the Saugatuck area in 1974 and were able to spend 25 years together before he passed. They have one daughter, Day Pena, son inlaw, Daniel Pena and 2 grandchildren, Marie and Melinda Pena, of Fennville. Chris retired from the Shell Gas Station in 2009. Chris loved Saugatuck, Lake Michigan, Oval Beach and spending time with her Friends and Family. She has one brother, Dr. Michael Hase of Hawaii. She was proceeded in death by her patents Helen and Mike Hase. Cremation has taken place at her request. A Celebration of Life will be planned at later time.
