Helen Bolis, age 94 of Zeeland, Michigan, formerly of Fennville, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 at Providence Health Care. Born December 31, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of Armin and Freda (Findeisen) Muenzer. Helen and her Husband Joseph owned and operated the Rainbow Laundry in Fennville for 15 years, retiring in 1984. She was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church, and lived in the Holland and Zeeland area for the past several years. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph in 1994 and one grandson. Surviving are her children; Donald and Bernice Bolis of Sturgis, MI, David and Christine Bolis of Nashville, IN, Joseph and Sally Bollis of Coloma, MI, Patricia and John Marshall of Cypress, TX, Beverly and Forrest Inderbitzen of Holland, MI, 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one sister Ruth Laky of Westchester, IL. A memorial service will be held at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI, on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Ms. Marcia Tucker, and burial will be in the Fennville Cemetery.
