Gregory Allison
Crippin Jr.
January 15, 1961 – April 18, 2026
Gregory Allison Crippin Jr. passed with family by his side on April 18, 2026. Greg was born to his late parents Gregory Sr. and Karen (Climie) Walck on January 15, 1961, in Fort Riley – US Army Hospital in Kansas.
Greg was an outdoor enthusiast, from fishing local waters, to tearing up trails with dirtbikes or riding the open road on his motorcycle. Being outside, in the woods or on an open road, he had freedom that nothing else could compare to. He also enjoyed reading books, working in his garden, having an afternoon nap, and taking care of his dog Jax and two cats. Greg loved spending valuable time with his grandkids. It was his motive to help instill life skills and loved having them join him fishing or in any outdoor adventure. He felt very strongly about sharing his knowledge with those around him.
He loved his family and friends fiercely and was always available to lend a hand in time of need. He was a great man with a wealth of knowledge that will be missed.
He is survived by his children: Gregory III (Becky) Crippin, Adam (Amanda) Crippin, Kevin (Annah) Dubois, Jeremiah (Ajmiri) Holmes, and Nathan (Kim) Holmes; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Kim (Steve) Missman, Michael (Keri) Crippin, and Eric Crippin.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Greg’s wishes were for cremation followed by a family and friends gathering to be planned for a later time this year.
