Gregorio Pena, 86, of Fennville, MI passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 at his home surrounded by family. Born May 26, 1934 in Weslaco, TX, he was the son of the late Luis and Clemencia (Muniz) Pena. Gregorio was the husband of Guadalupe (Pina) Pena. They had been married sixty-two years and together raised seven children. In addition to his wife, Gregorio is survived by their children, Imelda (George) Sauceda, Gregorio "Greg" Pena, Jr., Sulema (Marty) Reyes, Dianna (Sonny) Bustillos, Lydia Pena-Vela, Luis Pena and Andrew (Angela) Pena; siblings, Luis, Maria, Gloria and Maricela; twenty-two grandchildren; fifty-three great-grandchildren; and many, many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter in law, Karen Pena; and his siblings, Clemencia, Yolanda and Reyes. The family will receive friends at Chappell Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at which time a funeral service will begin.
