Gertrude Martha Geers, 94 of Holland, Michigan, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Addington Place of Lakeside Vista in Holland, Michigan. Born July 6, 1926 in Oak Park, Illinois, she was one of seven children of the late William and Elizabeth (Huebner) Kuttig and wife of the late Gordon Geers. After high school, Gertrude went on to acquire an Associates Degree and married her true love, Gordon Geers. Together they opened a laundromat and ran it together until Gertrude decided to stay home to raise her family. Gertrude was a loving mother and provided a warm and caring home. She took pride in her family and always wanted to be there for them. She leaves them with precious memories. Gertrude is survived by her two sons, Danny (Ginny) Geers and Bruce (Karen) Geers; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Along with her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila Jordan. Memorial donations may be made to Interim Healthcare Hospice (1971 E.
