Francisco Chambers, 88 of Fennville, Michigan, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020 at his home. Born October 5, 1931 in Clarendon, Jamaica, he was the son of the late William and Florence (Coleman) Chambers and the husband of the late Carmentas Milcah (Samuels) Chambers. Francisco was a hard worker and retired from Pullman Industries where he worked as a press operator. He loved being outdoors and spent many hours taking care of his farm and animals. Spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, brought much joy and laughter to his life. His presence in their lives will be greatly missed. His kindness and gentle nature were a blessing to his family. Surviving to cherish his memory is his son, Michael Chambers; three grandchildren, Etoy Chambers, Michael Chambers, and Jasmine Dillon; four great-grandchildren, Najeeah Chambers, Anisa Chambers, Atyiah Chambers, and Dezaray Dawson; three siblings, Anne Chambers, Wayne Chambers, and Amtual Chambers. Along with his parents, William and Florence, and his wife, Carmentas, Francisco was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Shauntoy Chambers; and three siblings, Thomas Chambers, May Chambers, and William Chambers, Jr. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
