Frances "Fuju" Rovsek, age, 96 of Fennville, formerly of Dearborn. died, Monday, October 11, 2010, at Golden Orchard's in Fennville. Born September 4, 1914 in Hiawatha, Utah, she was the daughter of John and Franceska (Dobovsek) Rovsek. Fuju lived and worked in Dearborn for many years, working for the Dearborn Public Schools in accounting and finance for over 41 years. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Dearborn, St. Josephs Shrine in Irish Hills, and also a life member of the Slovene Club. The last few years Fuju has lived in the Fennville area, where she enjoyed spending time with her niece Lynn Kirkaldy. Survived by her brother: Eddie Rovsek of California and many nieces, nephews and great great great nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by her beloved sister Margorie Stuna and brothers John, Adolph and Fritz Rovsek. Visitation at the Dearborn Chapel of the Voran Funeral Home on Thursday October 14, 2010 from 3-9 p.m. with a Rosary at 8 p.m. Funeral service Friday October 15, 2010 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 16101 Rotunda Dr. Dearborn, Michigan. In state 12:30 p.m. until time of Mass at 1:00 p.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or the Alzheimers Association.
