Florence Katherine Zuroske, age 96 of Fennville, Michigan passed away Monday, May 7, 2012 at Grace of Douglas in Douglas, Michigan. Florence was born February 24, 1916 in Iowa City, Iowa and was the daughter of Shuit and Catherine (DeHann) DeWitt. Living most of her life in the Chicago area she moved to the Fennville area in 1971. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley F. Zuroske on Sept. 4, 1983. Surviving is her son, Stanley G. and Dawn Zuroske of Holland, her daughter, Barbara and Johnny Broe of Fennville, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and her sister, Sylvia Hutton of Macon, Missouri. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2012 from 5-8 P.M. at the Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville, Michigan. Private funeral services will be held with Pastor Thomas Case officiating, and burial will be in the Douglas Cemetery. Memorial donations may be to the Charity of One's Choice.
