Florence E. Sowle, 81, of Douglas, died Friday, Sept. 15, 2006, at Holland Hospital. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, John E. Wemus, and Norman Sowle. She is survived by a daughter, Sally Drew of Allegan; sons, Edward and Marge Wemus of Holland, Ronald and Ann Wemus of Otsego, and Robert Wemus of Chico, Calif; l2 grandchildren; several great- grandchildren; brother, Roger and Mary Hopkins of Adrian; and a sister, Alice Taylor Holland. No funeral services are scheduled. Visitation is l to 2 p.m. Tuesday, at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville, MI; Burial will be in Pearl Cemetery.
