Eric Forrest Ling, age 58, of Fennville, Mi, died on Thursday, September l3, 2007, at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids. He was born to Arthur and Elizabeth Ling on April 28, 1949. He was employed at Agritek Industries in Holland a former owner/operator of Plummer Farm equipment in Ganges, Michigan for many years. He was a member of the Fennville Rod & Gun Club and the Fennville VFW Post #79ll. A veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, he served in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Glenda Ling; children, Eric Scott Ling of Zeeland, Jennifer Ling of South Haven; step children, Penny Clark of Allegan, and Greg Clark of Cape Girardeau, MO; 4 grandchildren; sister, Arlene & Jeff Cleveland of Weidman, MI, Karen and James Rubin of Mesick; special friend, Camille Aldridge and family. Visitation is Monday, Sept. 17, 2007 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007 from l:00 P.M. till time of service. Funeral services are Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville, MI; Pastor Tadd Butler will be officiating. Burial will be in McDowell Cemetery.
