Elvie L. Zachery, 77, of Fennville, died July 20, 2004, in Harbors Health Facility. Born in Brilliant, Alabama, she was a homemaker and member of Lakeshore Church of Christ in South Haven. Surviving are her husband, Delbert; children, Joyce and Larry Burns of South Haven, David and Cindy Zachery of Kankakee, IL, Stanley and Carmen Zachery of Holland, and Timothy Zachery of Fennville; a daughter-in-law, Barbara Zachery of Palos Heights, IL; l0 grandchildren; and l0 great grandchildren. A son, Gary Zachery, preceded her in death l997. Services are 11 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2004 at the Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., with the Rev. Holger Neaubauer officiating. Burial will be in Pearl Cemetery. Visiting is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 22, 2004 at the funeral home. Memorials maybe made to Hospice of Holland, or the American Cancer Society.
