Donald B. Ridley passed away at his home on March 7, 2017. He was born October 13, 1935 in South Haven to Bert and Fern Ridley who preceded him in death. After graduating from the University of Michigan, he worked as the manager for Coliseum in Oakland, CA and thereafter lived and performed in Europe. He then returned to the family farm to care for his father and continue with family farm selling fruit at the Eastern Market in Detroit. Later in life, he converted to Catholicism learning and embracing all he could of his faith. He is survived by his sister Connie and family and by his adopted family Joseph Jessup and family. His funeral will be held at St. Peters Catholic Church in Douglas, MI with interment to follow at McDowell Cemetery at a later date.
