Donald R. Jenney, age 80, of Otsego, MI passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016, at Wings Home in Allegan, MI. Born December 31, 1935 in Orangeville, MI, he was the son of Ralph and Dorothy (Lake) Jenney. Donald proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. He had a strong work ethic and showed it by working at the Plainwell Paper Mill for over 40 years. Donald is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Jenney and his parents. He is survived by his children, Nancy Jenney of Plainwell, MI, Robin Matthews of Gobles, MI, Lincoln and Simone Jenney of Plainwell, MI, Kelley Pearson of Plainwell, MI; 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Donald also leaves behind his brothers Walt Jenney of Texas, Norm and Sandy Jenney of Plainwell, MI, sister, Joyce Kimmey of Otsego, MI and half-sister, Ellen and Sonny Campbell of Battle Creek, MI. At Donald's request, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Memorial donations may be made in Donald's name to the Wings of Hope Hospice, 530 Linn St., Allegan, MI 49010.
